Companies, even large established ones, can suffer reversals of fortune and go out of business. What would happen to your business if something like that happened to us?

Because we believe you shouldn't have to worry about our business, our standard hosting and services contract gives you the option to have us deposit not only our code but also your data with an independent escrow agent. In case of a disaster or sustained failure on our part to provide the services we've promised, you can retrieve the materials in escrow and minimize the negative impact on your operations.

The data we escrow includes the documents and images we've scanned as well as the information in database tables. The code (iCaseManage®) comes with setup instructions and documentation. We also include a list of system requirements and third party software you'll need.

We use a well established escrow company and normally make monthly deposits. But since the escrow is for your ease of mind, we'll consider any escrow agent you prefer and any frequency. Such as monthly code deposits and daily data deposits.
