iCaseManage® is configurable and adaptable to any program type in any state, city, or county. Some of the program types used by our clients include Early Intervention (EI), CPSE, CSE, SEIT, ABA, and Service Coordination. The system is not limited to any particular program type since it can be readily configured to incorporate new forms, fields, and business rulessupporting unique billing and advice requirements. This flexibility allows an organization to centralize all of its cases in one system regardless of the differences in program requirements.

The system also allows organizations to track complex cases involving one child or patient serviced by multiple programs. The illustration below reflects a child with multiple cases in different programs, each with its own plans, authorizations, and claims specific to the individual program. Information not unique to the case or program, such as demographics or medical information, is tracked at the child or patient level.
