Our solution requires no costly installation of servers or software.
Just a few steps and your organization is on its way to enjoying
the many benefits of a centralized case management system.
1-Convert Existing Data & Forms
The first step is to convert your existing data (excel spread sheets,
access databases, existing system, etc) into our database. Our database
experts can convert your existing data or we can provide you with
a data map of our system for direct conversion. The goal, of course,
is to avoid having to renter any existing data.
At this time we will also incorporate any special forms including
invoices and preprinted billing forms required by your programs.
Simply send us copies and we will do the rest.
2-Configure the System
Once your staff has access to the system, they will have the ability
to configure pay rates, security groups, custom fields, payroll
rules, and many other options that allows your organization to customize
iCaseManage® to your requirements. Our implementation specialists
will assist you as necessary.
Optionally, we can also configure iCaseManage® to communicate
with your accounting packages or payroll systems or any other system
that accepts data. For example, many of our clients,automatically
calculate payroll for providers via iCaseManage® and then export
the data to their payroll system, thus eliminating the need for
manual calculation and entry. If you would like data communicated
between systems, we will work with you to set up the link.
3-Training & Implementation
The last step before your users are ready to log in is training.
We hold one or more training sessions on site and/or remotely via
a web browser. We can also provide an optional workflow analysis
in consultation with your staff which allows us to prepare a detailed
implementation plan for all departments.
Depending on the size of the organization and the features selected,
these steps may be completed in just a few days for smaller clients
with little or no data to convert or may require several weeks forlarger
clients with custom forms and data interfaces. However much time
it takes, our goal is is the same: to help you achieve a smooth
transition and migration of your current operations to iCaseManage®.
