Data hosting
Data hosting means that we store your health care and billing
information on our secure database servers. You decide who can access
what information for which purposes - who can view it and display
reports; who can create, update or replace it; who can use it and
disclose it in business transactions. Anyone without authorization
is denied access.
There are many advantages. Everyone is working with the same up-to-date
information since there is only one database. Anyone with a browser
(and appropriate authorization) can retrieve the information at
anytime of the day, week, month or year from anyplace in the world
with internet access.
Cost savings are significant. You don't need any investment in special
hardware, software, technology, or IT infrastructure. If you've
already acquired these resources, you can redeploy them to some
other purpose. No investment means no assets to depreciate or loans
to amortize and no maintenance or upgrade expenses.

Technical Support
Technical support options include telephone and email support
and online message access to our Support Center, which strives to
answer all questions within 60 minutes during normal business hours.
Emergency support is also available off-hours. You determine which
authorized users have access to user support and what level (telephone
email, online) they have access to. All users of iCaseManage®
have automatic access to its Knowledge Base and built-in documentation.
Training
Training is available when the system is first implemented
and also when new users come aboard. On site and remote training
sessions with detailed training documentation is available. In addition,
the system is equipped with training movies that users can access
anytime.
Account Management
Account Management is included with every account, regardless
of the size of the account. The function of your Account Manager
is to make sure that your needs are addressed and that your experience
